1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened and used
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Orders refused at the time of delivery without valid reason

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Process

Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery model, approved refunds are processed via:

  • Bank transfer (account details required)

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 working days after approval.
